I don't have a printer (it was stolen) and I have to print PDF files virtually so I can copy it to a data stick and take it to the Internet cafe to have it printed. How can I print the entire magazine? When I click on the Print Icon, the menu comes up and the only option available is the Print Current Pages. The other two options are greyed out. When I click on Print Current Pages, the print menu comes up and I select either Nitro PDF which is the default or Primo PDF. Sometimes they open another screen asking the file name and where to save it but sometimes that screen doesn't come up. Either way, no PDF file is created. I use both these PDF creators with other applications with no problems. I've tried re-installing Zinio, re-downloading the magazine, print from the website, and nothing has worked. I contacted Zinio customer service numerous times over this problem and they were unavailable. Their last email to me said if I didn't like their service I should cancel my subscription. Some customer service, huh? Thanks for any help you can give me. I appreciate your time.

If the virtual printers are not working properly, it could mean that the software is bugged and it does not operate well with virtual printer. In either case, try using another virtual printer and if it's still not working, you might need to update the application. As an alternative virtual printer, CutePDF Writer is recommended to be installed.
